Histologic Diagnosis
- Keratinizing CIN III
- •Previously termed “atypical condyloma”, “keratinizing dysplasia” and “pleomorphic dysplasia”
- •Cells with more abundant keratinizing cytoplasm
- •Singly or in dense cluster
- •Enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei, often smudged chromatin
- •Spindle and caudate cells may be present
