Female /72 years, with a history of suspected post-menopausal bleeding. Pap smear revealed suspicious glandular cells. Cone biopsy was performed which showed atrophic changes. The patient subsequently undertook TAHBSO. The hysterectomy only showed adenomyosis and arteritis. The suspicious cells found in Pap smear could not be explained.
