Female, 55-year-old. Pap Smear (AP) followed by LEEP and Hysterectomy.

Case 3
Female /72 years, with a history of suspected post-menopausal bleeding. Pap smear revealed suspicious glandular cells. Cone biopsy was performed which showed atrophic changes. The patient subsequently undertook TAHBSO. The hysterectomy only showed adenomyosis and arteritis. The suspicious cells found in Pap smear could not be explained. A vaginal smear was taken one month after the TAHBSO.

A 38 year old lady with LEEP done and diagnosed endocervical adenocarcinoma-in situ. Cervical  smear taken 4 months later was negative.  Follow up smear (15 months after LEEP).
